Since they can choose to live anywhere in the US, they might as well choose to live in the sunny state. As matter of fact, when I think about it, I do not see a reason not to choose living in Florida above living in any other part of the US.

I would move there immediately if I had a chance to do so. I might need to wait before doing so for a number of reasons, but I am sure that if one day I wanted to move there, I would find a way to do it.
